（1）Personal Information Information that we handle that can identify an individual customer, including name, address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, email address, occupation, amount of income, certified copy or summary of registration, certificate of residence, and other information that can identify and distinguish an individual customer by combining one or more of the above.
（2）Personal Data Personal data refers to information that is organized in such a way that it can be searched for a specific individual out of the personal information of customers handled by the Company, and that can be searched using the search function of a computer, or that can be easily searched by adding a table of contents, index, etc. in accordance with certain rules.
（3）Retained Personal Data The personal data of customers handled by the Company, which is created and organized by the Company itself, and for which the Company has the authority to disclose the information or correct the content. However, this excludes data that is held for six months or less, and other data specified by law.
（4）Specified personal information Among the personal information of customers handled by the Company, personal information that includes in its contents a personal number ("My Number") to identify a specific individual in administrative procedures.

① To provide attractive and valuable services to customers in relation to the renovation and resale business, real estate brokerage business, renovation business, new condominium and detached house sales business, housing equipment business, sales agent business etc.
② To propose the most suitable plans for the properties, products, building plans, construction methods, etc. that the customer has registered for consultation when visiting the showroom.
③ To deliver materials, catalogs, etc. related to our products requested by the customer.
④ To provide customers with information by direct mail, email etc. (e.g., newsletters related to our products).
⑤ To deliver to customers gifts and privileges won in campaigns etc.

⑨ To respond to opinions and requests from customers in relation to the Company or its products.
⑩ For after-sales service and maintenance of our products and other contact with customers.
⑪ Provision of personal information to the party to which the personal information is provided.
⑫ The personal information of applicants for employment will be used only for: Selection process, sending documents, and as basic data for recruitment activities.
⑬ To provide the Company's products and services incidental or related thereto, as well as to provide insurance services.
（3）With the exception of the following cases, we will use the personal information provided by our customers within the scope of the purpose of use specified by us:
① When required by law
② Protection of life, body, or property where consent is difficult to obtain
③ Public health or promotion of sound growth of children
④ Cooperation with national agencies or local governments
（4）In the event that we intend to change the purpose of use, we will obtain prior consent.
（5）We may record calls to confirm content and improve response quality.
We will not disclose your personal data to any third party without your prior consent, except when:
（1）If a customer wishes to request disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal data, please contact us directly. We will investigate and respond after confirming your identity.
（2）We will notify the customer regarding the implementation or non-implementation without delay.

3) Return envelope (Self-addressed with ￥392 worth of stamps)

We ensure "My Numbers" are handled safely and appropriately in compliance with laws.
